In an ever changing world where delivery and quality are essential, the client was looking to streamline their processes and ensure that they were ticking the compliance boxes which were continually emerging in the procurement process. Without ISO9001 they knew their pipeline of work was restricted but they didn't know where to start to obtain the accreditation.
The Solution we provided
Using the standards as framework we looked to implement a start to finish support system to gaining the accreditation. We worked systematically through all required documentation, guiding the client through the standards to certification.
We supported with administrative help, knowledge and understanding of the system to guide and support with decision making, supporting at audit level and provided training/coaching to the wider business to establish & develop understanding and use of the system.
